Overview
#
The Call Records Page allows you to view and manage your call records. You can switch between different types of calls (Voice Bubble, Outbound Calls, Inbound Calls) and filter records by campaigns.
Navigation

The page is divided into three main tabs:
Voice Bubble
Outbound Calls
Inbound Calls
Each tab displays the relevant call records and provides options to filter and manage these records.
Instructions
#
Switching Tabs
#
Click on the desired tab (Voice Bubble, Outbound Calls, Inbound Calls) to view the corresponding call records.
The selected tab will be highlighted, and the call records for that tab will be displayed.
Filtering by Campaign
#
Each tab has a filter option to select a campaign.
Click on the filter dropdown menu.
Select the desired campaign from the list. The call records will be filtered based on the selected campaign.
Viewing Call Records
#
The call records are displayed in a table format.
You can see details such as call type, status, and other relevant information.
Loading More Records
#
If there are more records to load, a "Load More" button will appear at the bottom of the table.
Click the "Load More" button to fetch additional records.
Deleting Call Records
#
Each call record has a delete option.
Click the delete icon next to the record you want to remove.
The record will be deleted from the list.
Initial Data Load
#
When you first visit the page, it will automatically fetch and display the initial set of call records.
If there are no call records, a message will be displayed indicating that there are no records yet.
